Multidisciplinary Quality Control and Schedule Control in construction of main sewage pipelines connecting Tel Aviv area (Gush Dan) to largest sewage treatment plant in Israel. These pipelines deliver sewage from 500,000 households to Shafdan treatment plant.
Total pipes length more than 10,000 meters, pipe diameters vary from 1,000mm to 2,400mm.
Total cost: 240M NIS.
Project scope includes pipe jacking, microtunneling, trenchless methods (HDD, Auger), open cut pipe laying, construction of watertight pits and pumping stations, cathodic protection, and electro-mechanical works (automatic gates, valves, actuators and pumps.
